If you want cooler weather + more adventure time, choose a Morning Desert Safari. If you want the “full Dubai experience” with BBQ dinner + camp entertainment, choose an Evening Desert Safari. Want privacy, flexible pacing, and your own vehicle? Go for a Private Safari (best for couples, families, and special occasions).

Most packages include Dubai hotel/residence pickup & drop-off in a 4×4, plus core desert activities like Lahbab Red Dunes dune bashing (for safari options), sandboarding, and camp access (package dependent). Add-ons like quad bikes, dune buggies, and VIP seating/table service are available on selected tours. Always check the specific tour page (or message us) for the exact inclusions.

We offer pickup from most Dubai hotels/residences, and pickup timing varies by season + tour type (morning vs evening). Please be ready 10 minutes before the confirmed time. Prefer to drive yourself? A meeting point/self-drive option is available, and we share the Google Maps location after booking.

Dune bashing is a thrilling off-road ride, and it’s safe for most guests when done by trained drivers. However, we recommend avoiding dune bashing if you have pregnancy, back/neck issues, recent surgery, serious heart conditions, or strong motion sickness. In many cases, we can arrange a gentler drive or a no-dune-bashing plan (subject to the tour option and availability).

General rule (unless your tour page states different):

  • 48+ hours before tour time: refund eligible (payment/transaction fees may apply)

  • Within 48 hours / no-show / missed pickup: no refund
    If we cancel due to severe weather, government advisory, or safety/operational reasons, we’ll offer reschedule or a full/partial refund depending on what was already used. Some services like private tours, quad bikes, dune buggies, and tickets may be non-refundable once confirmed.
